the Mountain Echo
A community-based podcast serving the people of Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga, TN and north Georgia with episodes concerning our mountaintop neighborhood. We feature the people of our community, both longtime and new residents, discussing their interests and passions, including their own families. We also feature information on neighborhood groups, events and efforts, as well as hearing from some of our young folks. Serving both the Georgia and Tennessee side as one community, our goal is to increase personal bonds and connection through awareness, knowledge and sharing via neighborhood podcast episodes. We look forward to meeting new folks and to helping everyone be better informed about our wonderful neighborhood and its people. We welcome your thoughts and ideas at: tME, PO Box 7, Lookout Mountain, TN 37350

Let's follow the lead of Dr. K and Kate!
Challenge: 1 bag per house - quickly
Join in for a quick bonus episode as we issue an all-call for mountain folks to bring items to the centralized collection point on Lookout - Lookout Mountain Dental and The Hive. The effort is being led by Dr Leigh Kuyrkendall and Kate Fuller.
Residents are asked to bring any items- all types of daily necessity items - for direct donation via a small church in Greenville, TN.
Listen in for details of where to bring supplies and who all is involved.
Please consider a small bag of clothes, warm blankets and/or any items regularly needed in daily life. even consider items like flashlights, batteries and can openers. No donation is too small and everything will help. Please drop off at least one bag from each house.
Again, many thanks and job well done to Dr K (Leigh) for her willingness to drive our community donation to the impacted area.
